shipping & returns
treats kids ships all of your orders from our warehouse monday - friday (excluding public holidays and weekends). please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order prior to handing over to the courier. the delivery time can be chosen by you at checkout.
if you order next day delivery at checkout, this will be processed the same day but it must be ordered before 2.30pm monday - thursday only.
international orders have the same processing time, but shipping will take longer. please check our shipping faqs page for more detail.
